On March 24, 2020 the City Manager and Mayor announced a Stay At Home order effective at 5:00pm Wednesday, March 25, 2020. The Jetport is an essential transportation mode. The Jetport is asking that those dropping off or picking up passengers use the curb and do not enter the building.

Those needing to enter the building for unescorted minors, passengers needing assistance etc, are requested to maintain social distancing when in the building.

The Jetport has a free cell phone lot located behind the parking garage.

Additionally those meeting passengers can park in short term parking for free for up to 30 minutes.
